Is Divinity DJs playing music for your event?

If yes then fill out the Reception Questionnaire at least 2 weeks before your event.

Fill out the Ceremony Questionnaire only if you have booked Divinity for your Ceremony music.

TEMPLATES

Did you book a Photo Booth with Divinity? Then please select a photo booth template. Our graphic designers will personalize it for you, and send it to you for approval.

Please note:

You can only pick one design template with one revision.
Any additional revisions/changes after will be billed $20/ 15 mins for graphic design.
If you completely change your template you will be billed an additional $35 per design.

We love to know what are your favorite songs so we can play them for you. Help us by creating a playlist on Spotify.

Name your playlist on Spotify like this:

“Date” – “Name of your event”
